“We built a studio over our garage in 2017 and started renting it on AirBnB and VRBO. It has been a good experience, but it was a little difficult to leave town and not have to worry about finding someone to clean it and be available to answer guests' questions. It got to the point that I was blocking the calendar so it couldn’t be booked when I was away, which was very counterproductive to making money. Then a friend told me about Cody!!!
